Mindful Guidance LLC
Affiliate Program Terms
Effective October 28, 2026 · Version 2026-10-28.1
1. Agreement and program operator
These Affiliate Program Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in the ReaderReach and BookPowered affiliate programs operated by Mindful Guidance LLC (“Mindful Guidance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying, accepting an invitation, using a referral link or coupon, or accessing the affiliate dashboard, you agree to these Terms. Approval is discretionary and program access may be limited, suspended, or withdrawn.
2. Independent relationship
You participate as an independent contractor. These Terms do not create employment, agency, a franchise, fiduciary duties, a joint venture, or authority to bind Mindful Guidance, ReaderReach, or BookPowered. You are responsible for your business expenses, licenses, insurance, taxes, and legal compliance.
3. Accurate, appropriate promotion
You may describe the applicable service using current approved materials and your own truthful experience. You may not make false or misleading claims; promise book sales, speaking engagements, consulting clients, media coverage, community growth, income, or any other result; misstate prices, features, guarantees, or availability; impersonate us; or suggest that you can make commitments on our behalf.
You may not promote through unsolicited bulk email, automated direct messages, purchased lists, misleading redirects, cookie stuffing, adware, malware, fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, incentive schemes we have not approved, or any method that violates privacy, advertising, anti-spam, telemarketing, platform, or intellectual-property rules.
4. Required affiliate disclosure
Whenever you recommend a covered service, clearly and conspicuously disclose that you may earn a commission if someone purchases through your link or code. The disclosure must be easy to notice and understand, placed near the recommendation or link, and made before or at the time the audience acts. A hidden profile disclosure, vague wording, or disclosure available only after an additional click is not sufficient.
5. Brand and advertising rules
We grant a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use approved ReaderReach or BookPowered names and materials solely to participate in the applicable program. Do not alter logos, register confusing domain names or social handles, publish counterfeit pages, or use our marks in paid-search keywords, ad-account names, or display URLs without written approval. All goodwill belongs to Mindful Guidance.
6. Attribution
The affiliate dashboard is the source of truth for tracked activity. Unless a written arrangement says otherwise, the most recent eligible referral click receives credit during the attribution window shown in the dashboard. A valid affiliate-assigned coupon may override click attribution. Tracking can be affected by consent settings, blocked cookies, device changes, incorrect links, delayed purchases, or technical limitations. We do not manually assign credit without reliable evidence and are not responsible for untracked activity caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Qualifying payments and commission
Your dashboard displays the rates that apply to you. Commission is calculated on qualifying customer payments actually collected, after discounts and excluding taxes, credits, failed payments, complimentary access, and other non-revenue amounts. Initial-payment and recurring-payment rates are separate. Second-tier commission applies only when expressly enabled. No commission is earned on your own purchases, related-party transactions intended to generate commission, fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, or payments outside the recorded attribution.
8. Holding periods, refunds, and reversals
Commission remains pending during the hold period displayed in your dashboard. Refunds, disputes, chargebacks, credits, payment reversals, fraud, or order cancellation reduce or reverse the related commission. If a reversal occurs after payment, we may deduct it from future commission or require repayment. We may delay a payout while investigating suspected error, abuse, or refund exposure.
9. Payouts and taxes
Eligible balances are paid according to the schedule and method communicated in the dashboard or a written partner arrangement. We may require identity, tax, and payment information before issuing funds. You are responsible for all taxes arising from affiliate earnings. We may withhold amounts or reporting documents when required by law. Banking or payment-provider fees outside our control may apply.
10. No earnings guarantee
Participation does not guarantee traffic, referrals, conversions, commission, or income. Examples, calculators, past performance, and dashboard projections are illustrative and do not promise future results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your audience, promotion, market conditions, attribution, customer decisions, refunds, and continued program eligibility.
11. Records, monitoring, and cooperation
Keep reasonable records of your promotional claims and disclosures. Upon request, provide examples of active promotions and cooperate with investigations of complaints, attribution disputes, privacy issues, or suspected abuse. We may monitor public promotion of the programs and require correction or removal of noncompliant material.
12. Confidentiality and data
Protect nonpublic program, customer, pricing, operational, and reporting information. Use dashboard information only to administer your participation. Do not disclose customer identities or transaction details except as legally required. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
13. Suspension and termination
Either party may end participation at any time. We may suspend links, coupons, dashboard access, or payouts immediately for suspected fraud, illegal conduct, misleading promotion, material breach, brand risk, or security concerns. Valid commission earned before termination remains subject to verification, holds, refunds, reversals, offsets, and these Terms. Provisions that logically survive termination continue to apply.
14. Program changes
We may change program features, rates for future transactions, attribution windows, materials, eligibility, or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the portal, email, or an updated version displayed before continued participation. Changes do not retroactively rewrite commission already earned on qualifying recorded payments.
15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The program, tracking, dashboard, and materials are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted tracking or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindful Guidance and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the program. Our aggregate liability relating to the program will not exceed the commission paid or payable to you during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
16. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mindful Guidance and its affiliates from third-party claims, losses, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your promotion, claims, content, legal violations, infringement, privacy practices, or breach of these Terms.
17. Governing terms and contact
These Terms, the applicable service Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy form the entire agreement concerning affiliate participation unless a signed written agreement states otherwise. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that conflict. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Contact us through the site’s Contact page with affiliate-program questions.
Important: This operational agreement should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a broad public launch, particularly for governing-law, tax, payout, and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
